Peter DeLuise directs and stars in this delightful romantic comedy as Collin, a rising star at his family's New York-based strip-mining company. His distant father dispatches him to purchase farmland in the northern foothills of Alabama. But what begins as a routine business deal becomes anything but when Collin falls under the spell of the breathtaking rural surroundings, the odd charm of the locals, and a woman who supervises a camp for the physically challenged.
